Shamein Qadri

Shamein has been in the DMV area for over 20 years. Born and raised in India, she moved here to join her and pursue higher education. She has a bachelor of science in finance and an MBA in accounting. With a background in sales and management in the hospitality and travel industry, she made her debut in the real estate world in 2006 and mastered her skills during a very tough market subsequent to the 2008 crash.

Shamein is licensed in and serving all three states of VA, MD, and dc with expertise in residential real estate- new constructions, resales, home renovations, and remodeling; working with investors, first-time home buyers, and luxury home sellers. Her education and professional experience provide her with the financial savvy and skills needed to excel in real estate. She has a passion for serving her real estate clients, putting their needs above everything else. She brings a strong set of work ethics and tough negotiation skills to help achieve her clients' real estate goals and ensure a smooth transaction every time.
